The Designers Marketplace Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Designers Marketplace!

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. However, due to the nature of our products and industry standards, we do not offer a general return policy. This means that we cannot accept returns for items simply because a designer changes their mind or orders the wrong item.

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Therefore, we offer the following options for damaged items:

  • Replacement: If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Repair: In some cases, we may be able to arrange for a local repair person to fix your item.

To be eligible for a replacement, or repair, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • You must provide us with photos of the damage.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a claim, please email us at orders@thedesignersmarketplace.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damage

Please note: While We are not responsible for items that are damaged in transit, we can certainly help facilitate your claim. We recommend that you carefully inspect your items upon arrival and contact us and the shipping carrier immediately if there is any damage.

Exempt Goods:

The following items are exempt from replacements, and repairs.

  • Custom-made items
  • Discounted items
  • Items purchased with a store credit
