  • We reserve the right to drop product items, fabric or leather covers, or trims without prior notice.

  • All pricing is FOB from the factory of offered manufacturers.

  • All custom orders are produced to specifications. All changes or cancellations must me made 24 hours after order is placed.

  • Approximate dimensions are shown on the website. Because custom furniture is handmade by furniture craftsmen, dimensions may vary slightly from those printed.

  • All sales are final.

  • Charges for local repairs will not be accepted unless our prior authorization has been given.

  • Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics or leathers do not guarantee their product for color fastness or wearing quality; therefore, we regret we will be unable to honor adjustments, claims or credit for these properties.

  • We cannot guarantee a match of frame finishes or fabric and leather dye lots between items.
